Caleb is a 2018 Texas transplant from the golden state, California. Caleb was a military “brat”, he was born in a small town in New Mexico and then moved to California where he grew up on a military base outside the city of Lompoc. Caleb and his family stayed in California after his father retired and there he met his highschool sweetheart McKenzie.

During his 2nd semester of college, Caleb moved to Modesto, California where he served in an internship at The House Church in their children's ministries. While he was with The House it was announced that they were planting a new church in Fort Worth. Caleb felt led to go, decided to pack everything up, and move across the country. Once he arrived, he instantly fell in love with the great state of Texas.

Caleb has been working as a coach since 2016 and is NASM certified. Caleb has been an athlete all of his life. He grew up playing and coaching football, wrestling, and track & field. Caleb also coaches and works with youth to encourage them to stay active and enjoy the sports they participate in. From his love for sports and staying active, Caleb thrives on serving others by integrating healthy lifestyles and exercise habits into their daily routines. He enjoys seeing patients grow and incorporate new skills, knowledge and habits into their routine in order to stay healthy on their own. Caleb is now married to his high school sweetheart and now they have their first child Jace, plus their dog Cali. They spend most of their time being active, playing sports, paddle boarding, and serving and honoring the Lord with everything that they do. Caleb recently joined the MaxHealth family and is looking forward to working with patients and making a healthy change together.
