McKenzie Leduc

McKenzie is a 2018 Texas transplant from the golden state, California, where she earned her associate in science from Allan Hancock College in Santa Monica. McKenzie’s high school sweetheart, Caleb, moved to the great state of Texas to participate in the building of “The House”, a new church at the time in Fort Worth. While visiting Caleb, she fell in love with the Texas hospitality, the varieties of great food and all that our unique metroplex offers.

McKenzie has been working as a Health Coach since 2018 and is NASM certified. McKenzie has been an athlete all of her life. She grew up playing and/or coaching volleyball since the age of twelve and played all through high school and college. Building off of her love for sports and staying healthy, McKenzie thrives on helping others to integrate healthy eating and exercise habits into their daily routines. McKenzie shares that it is rewarding to work with a patient and see them grow into a confident athlete that has incorporated new skills, new knowledge and new habits into their routine in order to stay healthy on their own.

McKenize married her high school sweetheart and they are expecting their first child in October 2023. She and Caleb spend most of their time being active, playing volleyball, paddle boarding, reading and honoring the Lord with everything that they do. McKenzie is looking forward to working with MaxHealth patients and making a healthy change together.
