James Dominici, PA-C, MPAS
Family Medicine
James Dominici is a nationally certified Physician Assistant specializing in primary care. Born in Indiana, but raised in Texas, he attended and graduated from Southlake Carroll High School. He was a member of the Dragon football program, and he was a four-year member of the prestigious Carroll Medical Academy. The CMA provided early, unique opportunities of healthcare shadowing and internships with medical facilities around Southlake and the DFW area.
After high school, he migrated to Oklahoma where he obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nutritional Science from Oklahoma State University. After graduation, James trained and became certified as an Emergency Medical Technician in Grapevine. His continuing education then took him to Montgomery, Alabama where he completed his Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies in the inaugural PA class at Faulkner University.
Always desiring to provide care to the state he calls home, James moved back to the DFW area. His passion for providing compassionate care and building bonds with those around him led him to join the MaxHealth team. It’s the family feel and connections made at MaxHealth that James knew would be a perfect fit.
In his spare time, James enjoys staying active, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
